1) Reservation for 2025 will be taken from september 15th. Contact us by EMAIL to validate the dates that suit your schedule and the number of participants. Appoint a group organizer to merge your payments in a single deposit for both the reservation and the balance payments, transfer the useful info between us and all the members of your group. This organizer will beneficiate a 10% rebate. The skill and fitness level should be homogeneous enough so we do not have to add a guide and separate the group, otherwise reserve for two distinct partys. The guided trips are not suitable for a first time backcountry skiing initiation. A minimal experience with this activity and the proper equipement is mandatory.
2) We will then provide you with an invoice by EMAIL with instructions for payment (may take a few days)

Upon reception of your 50 % deposit, your dates will be confirmed to the official Vertigo Aventures calendar!
The balance 50 % must be paid one month prior to arrival.
Cancellation: After December first, we do not refund the 50 % deposits if clients cancel for personal reasons. In the event of weather or snowpack conditions that would threaten the safety of clients, Vertigo-Adventures will refund in total minus 10% of the total trip cost to cover some administrations fees and share the weather risk with the clientele. If the conditions are marginal but touring is still enjoyable and safe, Vertigo-Adventures will not cancel nor refund any amount paid if the group is to cancel. The ski area around Mt-Blanc holds many weak slopes that make for a safe and interesting mountain experience even when powder snow is absent.
Please note cancellation due to conditions are done by Vertigo’s team, not by clients. In most cases, the decision to cancel can be taken in the 24-48 hours preceding your trip since longer term predictions are often impossible. The micro-climate over Mt-Blanc and Paul is known to bring new snow on a regular basis, ending most warming events also. This phenomenon has saved many trips to skiers who thought they were set to ski hard pack. If one participant need to cancel for serious health or familly related reason, the price per person will be re-adjust in consequence.
