MT-BLANC AREA

This area is undeniably an extraordinary backcountry skiing domain, offering a multitude of descent routes across many slopes that cater to both novice and expert skiers. The terrain consists of mature forests, sometimes interspersed with natural chutes, or with tree spacing that is often ideal for open descents and wind-transported snow accumulation. This type of natural terrain, perfect for powder skiing, is probably nowhere else as developed in the eastern part of North America.

The domain also boasts large, wide-open alpine meadows near the summit of Mont Blanc, a paradise for lovers of wide turns and spring skiing. The skiable slopes offer inclines ranging from 10° to 45° and vertical drops between 150 and 500 meters.

The diversity of this area is such that a typical 4-day trip can offer different objectives each day without the skier retracing their tracks. The presence of trees on most of the steep slopes we frequent reduces avalanche risk and ensures excellent snow quality.
